CRM Automation Suite for Commercial Operations

End-to-end implementation of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse to reduce operational friction and improve customer-service traceability.

Challenge

Commercial operations were fragmented across disconnected processes, with manual validations and low visibility into customer interaction status.

Solution

I designed an enterprise app suite on Power Apps, implemented advanced flows in Power Automate, and optimized the Dataverse data model. I also added C# plugins for critical business rules and REST integrations with external channels.

Key Technical Decisions

  • Separated daily operational UX (Canvas) from structured management flows (Model-Driven).
  • Added resilient automation patterns for retries and failure handling.
  • Modeled entities around frequent query paths to reduce latency.

Outcome

The team reduced operational time by around 35% and improved query performance by about 40%, enabling a more scalable and reliable workflow.
